TTT Svipja Defense & Aerospace Development Company (TSDADC), a 50:50 JV, based in Tucson/Arizona/USA between Tucson Transatlantic Trade Inc. Holding Group, www.ttthg.com, and Svipja Technologies, will support development of JVs, Offsets, TTs, e-Procurement, etc, globally with India focus.
Defence Offsets
Defence Offset Policy of India stipulates foreign suppliers to either invest-in or purchase from India 30%or more of their orders' value for contracts above INR 300 Crores. It adds up to USD 5 billions (Over INR 20,000 Crores) worth of Offset Value from the Indian Defence Procurement already lined up. It is estimated that the defence offset into India in the 11th Plan Period are likely to be 10 billion USD. Some even estimate it much higher in USD value depending on the defence contracts finalised during the Plan; estimates vary widely.
You are required to sign Industrial Sector Partnership Agreement with our JV in USA, TTT- Svipja Defence and Aerospace Development Company (TSDADC). TSDADC is wholly-owned business unit within Tucson Transatlantic Trade Inc. (TTT) Holding Group, USA, www.ttthg.com and exists solely under TTT's C-corporation status with the Arizona Corporation Commission and under the US IRS Federal ID Number.
Your Product(s) / Services(s) should fit into the DPP-2006, DPP- 2008 Policy, as amended from time-to-time, backed by sound Business Plan. We work in close co-ordination with You to guide You through 'due diligence' by Obligor(s), and help / present Your Proposal / Business Plan to them for Offset Partnership(s). And guide You through DIPP & DOFA/MOD processes, transaction support, valuations, obtaining Offset Credits, and Other Associated formalities incl Advisory Services.

Brigadier Sukhwindar Singh, Promoter, CEO & MD, Svipja Technologies, is MTech from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, in Opto-Electronics and Optical Communication, PGDM (MBA), and MSc in Defence Studies. He is also a Fellow of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers. And a Graduate of Defence Services Staff College, Wellington.
He is highly trained while in the Army and outside in civil in strategy formulation, operations, and project management. He has an extremely distinguished record of service with large number of projects and innovations to his credit. Has held prestigious Command, Staff and Instructional assignments. |

Brigadier Sukhwindar has vast exposure in varied fields both at National and International levels. Essentially a Techno-Administrator in Electronics & Telecom field, he has expertise in Electronic Warfare, Electro-Optic Warfare, and Technical & Operational aspects of High-Tech Electronic & Telecom Systems.
His thesis for the Post-Graduation at the IIT,Delhi, was ' Electro-Optic Warfare in the Indian Context' sponsored by the Army HQ. He has also been intimately involved in conceptualising C4I2 System for the Indian Army.
He is apt at promotional and marketing strategies, negotiations, and management of projects.
He has conceptualized International Air Show (Aero India), and International Defence Exposition (Def Expo) series of exhibitions, organised by the Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India, which have become permanent biennial features, and are now very popular Shows in the Defence Industry worldwide.
He supports A & D Industry on the concept of 'Industry Clinics' and has set-up the facility in Noida as a Private Initiative.
His current interests involve Defence Offsets, e-Commerce, m-Commerce, ICT Consulting, and transferring his knowledge and experience to Dual-Usage Industry especially MSMEs, Welfare of Veterans by promoting e-SP2 Concept , and interaction with Management and Engg Institutes. |
